He worked at a later hour in the day than most people would expect, finishing at 10pm.He was very personable, professional and provided detailed information about what he was doing. The problem was resolved satisfactorily. Would unhesitatingly recommend him.

Fortunately our system was in good working order but he checked everything, cleaned where necessary and replaced the filter. He also he made sure the outdoor unit was working properly. He has a great personality and was very professional. There is no question that he is a definite asset to your company, Gundlach. We are under contract with Gundlach for HVAC and have been for years. We started with Windau years ago and were very satisfied with them. The transfer to Gundlach was seamless with the same great service. We paid $300 for the contracted service which in our minds is satisfactory.

Updated from 2 to 4 stars: manager Ray came and found the problem (which should've been found by first tech). Fixed it, came back the next day to check stats and make sure things were working properly, just to be sure, and followed up a week later.
