  We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Lane came out on schedule and gave a detailed breakdown of our issue. Then thoroughly explained the price and when the problem could be fixed. Very professional and friendly! A week late, Final came to look at the problem himself because he would be competing the fix. He was on time and also friendly. Then he came two days later to fix the issue. He was on time, courteous and professional. The problem was fixed within two hours and he explained what he had done and cleaned up the area. I created a confusing situation with my payment, switching to a credit card, then back to a check, but Final handled it professionally and with humor which was appreciated. We originally had a different company hired to complete the project. However, they were not communicating well, missed the scheduled fix completely ( no show) and wanted to fix more than necessary, resulting in taking out part of our front landscaping without prior notice. Also, every time we called with a question we were transferred to someone else which felt very impersonal. The Basement Doctor was a completely different company. Explaining the problem,(simple leak) how they would fix it, came on time and were prepared and friendly. Would recommend and definitely use again! Darcy

  From beginning to end I could not have been more happy with my experience. The beginning process with Charlie went very well. He was very informative and professional. He walked me through everything that needed done and how it would be done. The project manager Pat came a week before scheduled work and did a walk through and again walked me through what would happen in the basement and outside. The crew came (Pat, Rex and QB). Very professional crew and answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend again. Guys thank you so much!

  Very disappointed in this company and how things did and are still happening. We got ripped off and taken advantage of with our basement and our quote and pricing and then not taking accountability. Paying $16000 for our basment when we first got quoted $4300. Luke and the others have lied on the invoice about man hours and charging us over $1000 just in there fuel for a drive that’s only 10 min from us and a job that could’ve been done in 2 days was done in 3 and never worked a honest full day. The quotes are shady and you should ask for a run down before you agree to the project. The work itself is fine as it’s finished now but the charges are absurd and we were ignored for awhile and now taking things further to get the answers we need.

  This will be our second time using The Basement Doctor and it went as smoothly as the first time. Lee did a great job walking us through and pricing out our options. Final during the pre-inspection walked us through what he would be doing and even told I did a good job opening up the area he needed to work in. And finally during the install both Final and Will did a great job laying down floor coverings and cleaning up after themselves. Hopefully we don’t need their services again but if we do we would happily do it a 3rd time.

  I had the pleasure of working with Jacob for a full basement inspection and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very nice, and really put my mind at ease. We had him come out to look at our new build home after dealing with some moisture issues and cracks in the basement, and he was able to immediately identify problems we weren’t even aware of. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, what to watch for, and what our options were. Most importantly, he really put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. I truly appreciated how thorough, honest, and helpful he was. If you have any basement or moisture concerns at all, contact Jason today they will make sure it gets resolved.
