  Job done very well from start to finish. From Drew coming out to let us know what needed to be done, to Final, Tab and Shane doing the actual work. Two thumbs up and will definitely tell other people about the Basement Doctor.

  Great experience with Basement Doctor representative Charlie Murphy servicing our sump pump. He identified the source of the problem and fixed it on the spot. We had a lot of rain the next day and the work Charlie Murphy did fixed the problem we were having. Will recommend any who has sump pump issues to call Basement Doctor and ask for Charlie Murphy to come out and assist.

  Keaton, Ty, Alex, and Quan did a great job installing my sump pump! They even went above and beyond to hook my downspout into the discharge line. They made the whole process easy and were Keaton particularly was communicative and helpful through the process. Would recommend!

  Drew was very thorough with his examination and explanation of what work would need to be completed to make our basement dry. Keaton was the on site project manager and was SUPER polite and a great communicator. Every day he explained what work would be done, and at the end of the day, explained and showed us what work was done. Ty and Alex were his crew and worked hard to complete the job on time. They ran into an issue connecting to city lines, and all hands were on deck to solve the problem. Sadly, they had to work extra late to complete, but did so without complaining (even though it was a Friday night). They cleaned up the job site well, left things in good shape. We were very pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of all four of these men. Definitely recommend using this company, and especially this crew!

  We absolutely loved working with Basement Doctors. Their entire team was excellent. John was great. Then we had chance to work with the rest of the team. We are especially grateful for Patrick, Devon, Michael and Mason. They were respectful and kind to us and to each other. The Office staff Amber and Tracey were great. We Highly recommend them and have already been telling our friends and family!
