  Rob and Matt fixed a leak that sprung in the middle of the night. It was an emergency. By noon they were out to my house and it was fixed in no time. 100% recommend to ANYONE. Jacob Beck was my initial contact, his recommendation made the job happen. THANK YOU.

  Mike, Anthony, Zack, Jarren, and Melo came out for a total of 8 days of hard word and each day showed up promptly. They were extremely professional and courteous always keeping me in the loop. Their workmanship was excellent and I’d have no issue recommending them to anyone who is dealing with basement issues. Thanks Mike, Anthony, Zack, Jarren, and Melo. I appreciate your hard work and how you treated my home as if it were your own.

  My basement didn't have a single window that wasn't broken in some way. Among other problems and future projects the folks at basement doctor really knocked this whole thing out of the park. I know it's just windows but I really like how much these turned out. They did 5 windows and one being special for the laundry. Even when we had to pivot the project some they were understanding and worked with you start to finish. Being down in the basement for anything is now more comfortable especially when it's cold outside or raining. Haven't had an issue since they came out!

  From the very first meeting with Drew until the finished job with Parker, I could not ask for better communication! They provided more information than I even thought I needed and they are extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with basements, water, etc. Parker even noticed that our water heater had split and we were able to prevent a problem before it could happen. Parker was thorough and kept everything as clean as possible. The finished job looks amazing! I cannot recommend The Basement Doctor highly enough!!

  I could not be happier with my decision to go with The Basement Doctor. Calling to set up the apartment was quick and easy. Sarah was very professional, thorough and informative. Charlie was fantastic with his inspection and quote, he was extremely transparent and great at explaining everything. The crew, Parker, Zachary and Javier, their hands must be made of magic because the transformation of our crawl space left me absolutely speechless which doesn’t happen often. Absolute night and day difference. I would get a text when they were on their way with ETA and throughout the week they were extremely courteous, professional with prompt and effective communication. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you all so much!
