  The main water line to my house broke in the midst of the snowstorm on 1/25/26. When I was made aware the next morning, Don Rhoades was the only one who was answering calls in the LEVEL 3 snow emergency and came out that afternoon and assessed the situation. He was able to start excavating and fix the broken water line the next morning. Being semi-invalid, Don was so kind, honest and courteous and put me at ease in a very stressful situation. I will have Don and Diamond Construction Services back out this spring to relocate my water spigot which also ruptured and put a battery back up system on my sump pump which was running every 30 seconds. Also thankful for the Licking Regional Water District staff who helped guide me thru this.

  I had an emergency water main line leak. Don came over that day and gave an estimate and started work a few days later. They were very professional and personable. He kept me updated throughout the work and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

  Had a leak in my outside water line and I was without water for a day. I called several places and most made you leave a message. I finally called Don off a referral and he picked right up. He was there is in 2 hours and was done a couple hours after that. Not only did he give a fair price, but he saved me money by not digging up the sidewalk, and manually shoveling under the sidewalk to get to the leak. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.
