  As I said to a friend, they did more than I expected and even more than I hoped. Rick Epilon Paving, Inc is a first rate company with first rate people. Absolutely and without qualification a five star company from top to bottom. As a professional, I worked with multiple contractors in a number of different fields. Few could match the professionalism and fewer still their attention to detail. They did more than a quarter of a mile of narrow winding West Virginia access road to my estate. Some of it was straightforward, but a lot of it was intricate. From what I’ve written, you can gather that I am very, very satisfied..
