  Quain for the win and Zoom Drain being an absolute rockstar of a company. I reached out to Nate's great plumbing in Grove city for a drain issue, he referred me to the team at Zoom Drain and I cannot say thanks enough! Quain came out and made sure we understood how the drain blasting and camera works, was upfront about pricing and did the work that same day.   We had a great experience with our sewage jetting service provided by Zoom Drain. Quain was great on-site and Andrew did an amazing job getting us on the schedule to help us for an immediate need on the weekend. I highly recommend having them out when you need servicing at your property.

  Marcus and Dempsey came out today to de-scale and Hydro jet a sewer main pipe. They showed up on time and did not leave until the job was complete. They were both so polite, so respectful and so very conscientious with all of their work. While working to clear the main line there were challenges with twists and turns in the pipe. I never saw them once lose their cool or get angry. They kept working diligently and did such an excellent and thorough job. They put a camera in the line several times during the process to know exactly which Hydro jet head to use and to inspect the line for debris. I cannot say enough good things about these two men. I highly recommend this company for drain and sewer cleaning. Thank you, Marcus and Dempsey!

  After the heavy rains yesterday I found my sump pump was unable to pump water to the street and the yard was flooding due to it backing up and back out the downspout drain. I contacted Zoom and was able to make an appointment right away online. A tech arrived within a couple of hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions while I watched him do the work. The pricing was good and everything was presented up front. He was able to find the blockage and get things moving again. Couldnt be happier with the service and results.
