- DFDerek Fleming1 day ago5.0Metro Comfort recently put in a new AC/Furnace for my house and I was extremely impressed. I called several local companies for quotes and my amazing experience started with the very kind lady answering the phone at Metro. It was refreshing to actually have a person answer the phone instead of AI or having to go through multiple prompts to set up an in home estimate. Jim arrived later that afternoon and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and not pushy like many of the other companies. He was a true gentleman and you could sense his love and loyalty for his company. Jim explained the estimate very well and the cost was much lower than the other larger companies for a comparable system. A couple days later Branson came out and put in my system. He too was very professional and did an amazing job. Frankie helped him for part of the time as well and was very kind. Everything was cleaned up very well and the AC is running great! I am so happy that a friend referred me to this company and this will be the only company I use in the future. They truly exemplify customer service at the highest level!
