- MHMike Harrison5 days ago1.0They could not give me a quote over the phone. I had everything diagnosed previously and now just wanting to get the gas valve on my furnace replaced. Very unprofessional to not even give an estimate over the phone. I used you guys before to buy an entire air conditioning unit and you just lost a customer who thought he would be with you guys for life.
- PSPhil StearnsSep 28, 20265.0Always on time and great to work with. Joey is an exceptional rep and I’d recommend him to anyone needing great HVAC work.
- ECEdward ConradSep 23, 20265.0Faust Plumbing in Plain City did excellent work. They were professional, easy to work with, and cost effective. I’d gladly recommend them!
- TNTeresa NickleSep 16, 20265.0Dominic arrived a few minutes early and got to work right away, diagnosing the problem and then replacing my outdoor spigot. He explained all that he needed to do and was very respectful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend his services in the future
- DSDavid SharpSep 2, 20265.0Chris did a fabulous job. He arrived on time during the schedule window and even texted when he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem. During his troubleshooting I felt he went out of his way to determine the cause of the issue and ended up saving me the cost of an extra diagnostic test. Importantly, he was able to leave with the system functioning again while we wait for the permanent fix. Great job!
