Over 35 years ago, Chic Foust was looking for a way to spend his days off from the firehouse. He decided to take advantage of his mechanical skills and plumbing and HVAC aptitude to start his one-man company. His goal was to take care of his clients and do good for his community. And that is how Foust Plumbing & Heating was born.
Over 3 decades later, a second generation of the Foust family is following in Chic's footsteps and providing the same service and care to clients and the local community. - SSsubway11742 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I hired Foust to install a new HVAC system and followed their recommendation. The system is only about four months old and has had constant issues. Someone came out yesterday to fix it, and today it has failed again. Now I’m being told the filters need to be replaced — something that should have been addressed during yesterday’s visit. Instead, they’re saying it’s my responsibility. In all my years using Carrier systems, I only had to change filters once a year, and the system never stopped working. With this new system, they’re claiming the filters are already blocked after four months and that I need to “keep up with them.” This is unacceptable. The system feels unreliable, and the workmanship has been poor. Save your money and choose a more dependable company.
