  Every interaction I've had with them I've found Rick's people to be courteous, professional and punctual. I've never felt like they weren't square dealing.

  Had a ductless system installed in a small garage space. Have to say, Dylan and Don did an excellent and very clean job. The install looks great with the routing of hoses and placement of both units. Very happy with their craftsmanship.

  Dylan and D.J. Were absolutely amazing . Very through . They replaced our furnace very quickly and answered any questions we had . They were very polite . We couldn’t have asked for better technicians. Thank you will definitely recommend to everyone

  The son came out to estimate install for heat and air. Gave quote and we signed contract for both the same day. Quote was below everyone else but still under a contract. Supposed to show up tomorrow to install and received a call saying they aren't coming due to short staffing. Maybe months before they can do it. Bottom line the sons estimate was low and now they dont want to honor the contract.

  Very courteous and professional installers Rory, Ryland and Trevor. Kept us up to date on what they had already done and what was left to do. Explained the A/C system after it was installed and went over the warranty program. Pleasant workers who installed the A/C unit. Everything went as planned without a hitch. Strongly recommend Rick's Affordable Heating and Cooling.
