  Very personable and friendly staff. Explained all visual and audible cues to look for, retrieved parts extremely quickly. Patient with myself and the equipment, just a 10/10 experience for these random issues!

  Outstanding experience for a first time customer of K & K heating and cooling. First 80 degree day and our air conditioner unit was out of service. I called K & K at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning thinking I'd have to wait a week to get service. Unbelievable but they had my AC up and running before noon the same day. My technician Cory was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. Cory is definitely a rock star as far as I'm concerned. He detected a few issues and put a plan together to get my AC running like new. Thanks Cory. I also joined their maintenance program that was an outstanding value. Also a shoutout to the young ladies in the office who got the ball rolling.

  We have gotten both a new furnace and now new AC with K&K in the past 2 years. Excellent customer service, easy scheduling, DEPENDABLE, and they consistently go above and beyond. Thanks to Will, Brian, and Kyle (and the rest of the KK team) for more than earning our trust. Highly recommend!

  After having other HVAC (don’t use H Jack!!) companies come out to diagnose a power flow issue with my Ecobee, I was discouraged that i would need to replace everything with a more modern furnace and AC unit. Chris DeJesus at K&K went above and beyond and addressed the issue within an hour and a half. Made sure everything worked and was confident in his work! More HVAC companies need professionals like Chris! Thank you K&K and Chris for helping me out. Cheers!

  I recently had a new furnace and A/C system installed by K&K Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Kyle was great to work with—he provided a very fair and reasonable price without any pressure, and he took the time to answer all of my questions so I felt confident in my decision. The installation team, Will and Bryan, did an outstanding job. They were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The install was clean, well-organized, and completed without any issues. They made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving and walked me through the system so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, I highly recommend K&K Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. Great team, great service, and a job very well done.
