- MPMichael ProchkoSep 25, 20264.0Great communication from start to finish. The team worked quickly & efficiently to install two new sets of stairs and perform tuck-pointing around the house. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because they weren't able to better match the existing brick color/style of the home. Otherwise, professional service & superior workmanship!
- KKKimellSep 8, 20265.0We had our chimney rebuilt. The last straw was when we got a family of racoons this spring. We did shop around and found this company was the most reasonable. Most of all the quality of the work is outstanding. Can't say that enough. My neighbors have commented on how nice our chimney looks. My neighbor wanted to know who rebuilt our chimney so she can give them a call. Highly recommended!
- JGJulianna GentrySep 5, 20265.0Such a respectful team and workers , never had to worry about them in my space or even if the job was done correctly, always immediate response and help right away.
- MMMarieSep 4, 20265.0Great experience from start to finish! The quality of the brick work really speaks for itself! Everything was done with great attention to detail, professionalism and care. The work looks fantastic and you can tell there is alot of pride put into the craftmanship. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for reliable, high quality bricklaying work!
- EMEsther MackSep 2, 20261.0I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication of Brick by Brick. They performed 80% of the agreed-upon work on my home but did not complete it. When I contacted the office to have them remedy this, I received no response initially. After a couple weeks of my phone calls and messages, someone showed up at my home unannounced while I was busy and unable to talk. The next time I called I finally got someone on the phone, but Jim was rude and condescending. He blamed me for being unavailable when his team showed up at my house unannounced. He continued to berate me over the phone and via text message afterwards. He reluctantly agreed to send someone out. Some of the remaining work was completed, but not all of it. You can see here a few of the step cracks that were not addressed, along with the original estimate showing that these issues were part of the scope of the project. I chose Brick by Brick because of their good reviews here on Google, and I was sorely misled. We paid quite a lot and in return received unprofessional treatment and an abysmal quality of work.
