  Kevin did a great job!! He even told me how to set our Rennai to Vacation mode to prevent this no hot water issue from reoccurring, especially after a storm power outage.

  Kevin was very good and professional. He finished quick also, about 2 hours. He also cleaned up nice after the job! I had a new water heater installed.

  Giving 5 stars for our technician, Mike M. A previous technician mixed up an install that caused some water damage on the ceiling. Mike came, listened to our concerns and thoroughly explained the fix. Really nice guy and easy to work with. Shame the first guy messed it up- they need more guys like Mike.
