  Jeff was great Took the time to diagnose the problem. He also got me into the maintenance program and it will save me some 💰💰 Fast forward to replace broken blower and service of furnace. Great work very thorough. I’ll see Jeff again in spring for the air conditioning service. You can’t go wrong with this company.

  Kyle O was great! He was transparent on possible causes and the price quote before the plumbing work was done. He was very professional and explained things well. I felt informed throughout the process. Highly recommended!

  Jeremy came out to investigate noise and vibration of our a/c. He isolated the issue, found a small gas leak and corrected it.

  Evan was very friendly and courteous. I believe Kobella overcharges people. I had already spent $900 because they said I had a leak in my air conditioning unit, they put a dye in it and they came back and wanted another $2000 for a service valve replacement that they couldn’t be sure was bad. They found no leaks but suggested it might be the valve and that part was under warranty but their cost to replace was $2000. Needless to say I declined. Especially when in my opinion it was a guess. Plus I was charged $300 for a pound of Freon and didn’t even need a pound. Watch out for overpriced service.
