  The plumber who came to our home, Homer, is literally the BEST. He was upfront about the issues, communicated clearly, provided options, and treated our home with respect. On top of that he was funny to boot! Would give him more stars if I could!

  I have a boiler heater which needed a repair part as it was continuously dripping water. Called kobella and their office staff was very pleasant and found an appointment to suit my schedule. My technician was Matt who called first before arriving confirming he could come out. Matt was on time, courteous and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a reasonable estimate. He finished the repair completely and thoroughly checking the system to ensure it was working properly without continued problems. Matt was a pleasure to have as a technician! He is personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Matt took the time and patience to answer all my questions and to educate me on how the boiler system works. I highly recommend Matt for your service tech at kobella!
