  Hottest Day Ever!!!! and of course the A/C stops working. I left a message after hours at Wojo’s. My call was promptly returned in the morning and Logan came to our rescue. Our unit is over 23 years old and we are aware it’s time to update. However, Logan worked to get it operational until after the July 4th holiday for us. We are happy to say, we are chilling at this time! Logan was professional and explained everything in detail to us. He actually was apologetic that our unit needs replacing. Thank you Logan and Wojo’s for the rescue. We would have melted!!!!

  He found the coils frozen both inside the house and the outside unit. Explained he can't do anything more until the unit is thawed out. Turned blower on and turned AC unit off and suggested I do you the hose to assist a quicker thaw on the outside unit. Due to some medical issues, the AC is needed for my wife who suffered from MS. He did ask I call back later after the ice has been.removed. Also stated the unit should be checked for leaks and subsequent charging the system with up to 4 lbs of cooling gas.

  My unit wasn't putting cool enough air and it was 98 outside. I called Wojo's and 3 hrs later they were here to fix the problem. I called a different big company first and they couldn't be out for 2 weeks. Im so glad I found these guys. Spencer was out technical guy and he is so kind and answered every question. And within an hr problem solved. The price was amazing too. Being a senior on a fixed income this is what was what we needed. Thank you Wojo's. And Spencer.

  We truly appreciate Corey for helping us get our AC back up and running during some of the hottest days of the month. We have two family members with special needs, as well as an elderly parent, so having our air conditioning working was incredibly important!!. Corey was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciated his straightforward approach, his patience, and the way he worked through the problem to find the right solution. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about his customers.We also want to thank Wojo for hiring honest, hardworking people like Corey.   The team from Wojos were so professional and knowledgeable, arriving on time and working efficiently to finish on schedule. They were good “teachers” as well, showing us how to work remotes, instructing about how the splits works in general, and making sure we had all the books and paperwork we needed. But even better, they made sure to minimize the impact to our household that a day or two of installation can have on whatever is going on. They were very nice to our dog and respectful of our space. They cleaned up so well that we would not have known they were there except for the amazing cool air from our new mini splits. I highly recommend Wojos!
