  All communication was clear, concise, and accurate. The price was very fair for the high quality materials and excellent installation service. Appointments were prompt and any delays were fully explained ahead of time. Mike Delzoppo was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I am deeply grateful for the excellent service.

  The services done on my house were like a check list from their website and ads. My roof was stripped and replaced, the gutters replaced, windows replaced, siding replaced, and even though this was a service not listed, a large sliding glass door replaced (I understand they don't do all doors, but mine was one they could do.) My initial contact was with Mike, who arrived at my house soon after I filled out the form online. Mike listened to my needs, did an inspection, and thoroughly explained what problems existed and gave me options I could take. The estimate was returned to me a day or two later, which I felt was very reasonable, and went with his company. The best thing with Mike was his communication. He responded to every question quickly via phone, email, or text, and kept me updated on when jobs would be done. Later on, when unforeseen problems were found, Mike worked with me to resolve the issue. The roofing crew arrived, worked well as a team, did a truly professional job, and went to great lengths to clean up afterward. The gutters are actually beautiful, and they actually handled all the water from the recent heavy rains. The gutter crew asked my opinion on how I wanted the gutters to look. The windows and door were replaced with a quality product. There was a small problem with one of the windows, but this problem was already being addressed for correction. They did a nice job, and the windows and door look beautiful. The man doing the siding was careful and seemed as interested in doing the job right as I was. It was clear that he was experienced based on the fine job he did. I was impressed with all aspects of the work done and recommend this company based on my experience.

  Mike and Bobby and the guys were Fantastic! From the very beginning, Mike came out, he was honest, upfront, no-nonsense. When we were finally ready, Bobby and crew came out, they were concise, hard working and neat! I will definitely recommend M. R. Plank to everyone I know! Thanks again!
