  After getting multiple estimates, we chose Expert Renovations and are glad we did. Their pricing was fair, the CertainTeed siding looks incredible, and the installers paid attention to every detail. Great communication and workmanship from beginning to end.

  A clogged downspout was becoming quite the problem with my home: water in the basement, a break in the gutter above it from freeze/thaw... it wasn't good. On top of this particular problem, I knew I had some other gutter problems, too. The time had come for me to address all of it at once. Driving home from taking my kid to school, I saw a billboard for Expert Renovations (was it a sign from God?) and gave them a call. They were friendly from the start, got me scheduled for an estimate quickly at a time that worked for me, Ken visited to inspect my need, and my gutters and downspouts were replaced within five (5) days. In addition to fixing my most pressing problem, they addressed the other items that were brewing in a bad way. Because I have neither the time nor the equipment nor the skill to fix these things, I'm more than happy to pay the folks who do these things well, and I don't regret a dollar spent.

  I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. The quality of the work really shows, and I feel confident knowing my roof was done right.   I recently had my roof done and I’m very happy with the work. The team was professional, showed up on time, and got the job done as promised.
