  Rick was great! We had a pipe break and did damage to two rooms. I called, said was transparent that he was finishing another job and set expectations on when he would arrive. He immediately started taking moisture readings, pictures and then pulled out all the carpet, pad, insulation, baseboards. He had all the equipment to dry and dehumidify the spaces. He left at 1:30 am and left all the equipment running for the weekend. When he came back, he took more moisture readings and even recommended leaving the half bath running for another day. He is great to communicate with and gave a lot of good recommendations on what I needed to do. I hope I never need his services again for my own sake, but if I do, I would only trust Rick to handle the job.

  Rick and his crew were complete life savers! At a traumatizing time due to Hurricane Matthew, Rick and his team came in and handled everything that needed to be done. Rick was completely honest and genuine about what needed to be done and took alot of stress off my elderly parents. This is an excellent company. Very trustworthy. Don't hesitate to call Rick. I would give more stars if I could!!!!

  Rick and his team were amazing when we needed then the most. During the hardest time of our lives - Hurricane Matthew October 2016 - Rick was there for us in ways family wasn’t! My husband was deployed to Bahrain with the US Navy, I was home alone with two young girls & two dogs when the hurricane dropped 2’ of water in our house. Rick was there immediately with his team, helping, guiding and reassuring me in the process of having our entire lives upended. He was the sanity I needed to hold me over until my husband was able to get home! During the entire process, he was there to help us in any way he could... even chasing down people who were harassing us! LOL In all seriousness, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job. Rick was a pleasure to work with at all times if this ordeal and even after.

  I had a ruptured HWT in my finished basement that went undetected for several hours. 911 Water Damage Experts came in and did a wonderful job restoring my basement. All my concerns regarding mold and odors were addressed and remediated. Now a year later, there are no odors and no hint of any problems. I HIGHLY recommend them. I also trusted them in my home while I went to work and had absolutely no issues.

  The plaza where my bar/ restaurant is located had a sewer backup. The maintenance company took a long time to rectify the situation and their inefficiencies created a lot of water damage and additional damage. I called 911 Restoration, they arrived within an hour and went right to work. Rick assured us that his team would handle the mess left by plumbers and that when i came back in i would not even know that there was ever an issue. Much to my pleasant surprise he was right, they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond what i was expecting, he mention to me that his mission was to ensure that the clean up was not a worry to me and he was spot on. Very professional team, they care and treated my place like if it was theirs. I highly recommend them , if i need their services again, i will without hesitation call them back.
