  Kaleb has been absolutely amazing! He is such a kind, genuine, down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, highly efficient professional. He's just a real nice guy, who gets the job done right. I've had to call upon them for a couple of different services now. And would greatly recommend the friendliness and professionalism of all of their staff from customer service to service workers and beyond. I believe they're 24-hour service, they don't have an upcharge for nights and weekends, they give you the estimate for free, and they find a way to make things work right as cost efficiently as possible. Thank you Roto-Rooter for saving my behind, and making light of a "crappy" situation.

  Unfortunately we had to get some front yard excavation work done January of 2024. Once the ground settled, Roto-Rooter needed to come back and cut visible pipes over time until they were "flush" with the lawn. On this last visit, CALEB was the most pleasant and personable Plumbing professional I've ever encountered! If you're scheduled to have Roto-Rooter come to your home/business, I hope you're lucky enough to meet him as well. He'll effortlessly brighten your day!

  I was amazed how quickly Roto- Rooter was able to come to my small area especially after checking local plumbers who could only schedule three days later. Kaleb W, technician, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the process. I could not have asked for anyone better or more skilled! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to others and will definitely call them again if needed!

  Kaleb was terrific! He solved a problem that six other plumbers failed to because of overcharging, bad communication, and not showing up. The RotoRooter charge was reasonable, communications by phone, email, AND text were first rate, and Kaleb was prompt, efficient, considerate, and personable. Within 15 minutes, my problem toilet was fixed. Thank you!

  William Smith-Field Supervisor was very knowledgeable and personable helped us through our insurance claim with ease and very quickly. Also had the Technician Brandon Kruger who has been working there for over 12 years and extremely thorough, polite and very knowledgeable about his work and takes pride in it. They explained everything in great detail and were very understanding of our situation being 1st time home owners and walked us through everything and got us completely through a horrible time very quickly. They will be the only ones we will contact for anything from here on out and I mean that honestly!!! If you have any issues where you need plumbers please, call them you will be well taken care of and will not regret the decision. I also want to Thank personally Mark Davis who was the Technician that has done all of the cleanup from start to finish he did a tremendous job with all of the cut out, drying out and final cleanup of our job. So thank you very much to the entire team at Roto Rooter we greatly appreciate every one of you and how well you helped from start to finish.
