Cody Ocel showed up on time; quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC; offered several options to affect repairs/upgrades; and provided two reasonable payment plans, one of which I chose. I recommend that Cody either be promoted to a higher position of responsibility at Quality, or be given a salary raise commensurate with his outstanding service.

Josh was very polite and explained everything in detail. He provided me with detailed information on how to help my system run more efficiently. And also provided me detailed information on how the air scrubber worked to clean the air in the house. He kept everything clean and made sure my cats didn’t escape! He provided me with information but did not pressure me and made me feel I had time to make a good decision on what I want to do to make my system run more efficiently and have cleaner air. Thank you Josh 😊

We had an AC failure on Memorial Day weekend. Service returned our call at a few minutes past 8am on Tuesday. Service came out the same afternoon. The tech was able to get our unit running, and give us options to further repair or replace the aging furnace and AC. We were able to discuss option and decided to schedule the replacement, which was installed 1 week later. Install went very smooth, both team members were professional, informative and efficient. The new system was up and running, with no trace of having installers in our home, by mid afternoon. We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience with Quality Heating and Cooling, and chose to purchase a maintenance plan to continue our Service long term.

My air conditioning went out this week during one of the hottest stretches, and I couldn’t find anyone who could come out for at least a week. Quality Heating & Cooling was the exception. Their customer service and scheduling team were fantastic and got me on the schedule the very next day.
Our technician, Josh, was absolutely amazing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, walked me through my options, and got right to work. He had to navigate a very tight space, but handled it like a pro. He cleaned everything out thoroughly and had our air back up and running in no time.
Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, Josh was just genuinely kind and pleasant to work with—even in the extreme heat. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality work from everyone at Quality Air Conditioning. 30 out of 10 would recommend!
Quality Heating and Cooling responded very quickly to my A/C problem within a few hours . Cody was the technician who responded and after evaluating the A/C issues he explained that age and issues with parts made it a candidate for replacement. We also had Cody evaluate our furnace and found that the previous vendor oversized the furnace causing the heat exchanger to open up in several areas which over time would cause safety issues. Cody gave us the option to replace it along with the A/C. Cody was very honest and professional and worked with my wife and myself to replace both units on the Monday after his visit. First experience with Quality Heating and Cooling and it was a good one. The word “Quality” says it all about this company, the work of their staff and workers and the care each employee takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. Cody, Ryan, and Savannah are examples of what quality is for Quality Heating and Cooling.
I would like to respond to the installation team of Ryan and Savannah who installed both a new heating system and a new A/C unit at my residence on June 8th 2026. Both were hard workers, knowledgeable, very detailed, observed the safety of themselves and their customers and took pride in their work. The one thing that impressed me the most was when both Ryan and Savannah took time to introduce themselves to me when they arrived. It told me that their customer was most important. They both took time to explain all aspects of the job to my wife and myself. They take pride in representing Quality Heating and Cooling.
