  Wow, what an incredible install crew. Darrin and his crew completed a very complicated and difficult install. The install involved removal of a large 1940’s furnace AND a huge steel burn chamber. This chamber was heavy and bulky. Required cutting into three awkward pieces with grinder and reciprocating saw. Thanks and kudos to all of you!

  We recently (Sept 29 ) purchased a new furnace and air conditioner and had them installed. The two service men Donny and Collin arrived promptly and did a very good job. They each showed us the new equipment and explained everything about them. They were very polite We would recommend Quality Heating and Cooling.

  During routine maintenance, Quality Heating & Cooling discovered a hole in our heat exchanger. Rather than pushing for a repair, they gave us honest guidance on the replacement options. We decided to replace the furnace entirely, and they scheduled Ryan and Caleb to handle the job the very next day. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They completed the work cleanly and efficiently, and were respectful of our home throughout. They answered our questions and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I'd recommend them without hesitation. They prioritized doing the job right over upselling, and that kind of integrity is rare. Five stars.
