  Andre came out this morning, and was early. He diagnosed the problem with my HVAC system and asked told us what the cost would be. He took care of the problem, took payment, and was gone before the hour. Fast and reliable service. Thank you for the great service!

  I have used custom comforts since 2009..recently they have not been to good with repairs. They replaced my fan on my outside ac unit when it did not need replaced. And just last week they sent young kid that was not educated enough to know what repairs I needed, instead he just kept saying something needed done, charged me and did not fix the problem. He did not put freon back in my system and then claimed someone broke into my backyard and took it. I have cameras all over and that did not happen, but he found a leak after I got mad about stating it was stolen instead of saying he didn't put it in. I called them to see if they could be fair with no luck. They stated everything under the sun on why they did what was best. I am concerned with others being taken advantage of that know no different. I advise ALL to be cautious. I just Gault to fix what they messed up and so far EXCELLENT. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Mike and Bryan did an excellent, professional job installing my furnace/heat pump. They also installed toilets and a hot water tank. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality service in the Salem, OH and surrounding areas!
