  The service tech was very knowledgeable. He explained the problems and got our generator running quickly. We’ll definitely be calling KV Electric if we have any more problems.

  The gentleman texted me before arrival which I appreciated. He was personable and got the job done within an hour. No complaints. This was a yearly maintenance check for which I am told is not optional unless I want to risk the warranty not applying.

  I will NOT choose KV Electric again. EVER. 200 something dollars for someone to come out and NOT do their job, then when we call them since July, we’re given the run around. I don’t care if they know me or not. We paid for a service that wasn’t done. Then to be told by Hailey “IF THEY WANT TO do the job they’ll call us back?” Firstly, we’ve been given the go around since July. The guy Carsen or however you spell it came out for a service call. He checked the breaker and the outlets. Told us he didn’t know what was wrong. Went outside to call someone. Came back in and looked again, still didn’t figure out what was wrong. Then proceeded to tell us we would have an estimate within 2 weeks. 2 weeks gone by and nothing. Everyone we called, the person who does the estimates was out and had a family emergency. Then to top it off, every time we were told we’d hear back, we never did. So we call again, this time we spoke to a man who said whoever did our service never entered it and it was NOT in their system and that’s why we haven’t heard back. He said he would call us back by Friday 2 days later. Still nothing. So we call again just wondering why we haven’t heard anything. Then we proceeded to be told there’s still nothing in their system, and the 200 something dollars was for a service call. Carsen didn’t do anything we didn’t do ourselves so we’re just out of 200 something dollars for an hour of the same stuff we already did? To top it off, she literally stated, “if they WANT to do the work we will hear back”. Excuse me? What do you mean if they WANT to do the work? Are you saying your company picks and chooses their work? That’s wild to me. I thought businesses didn’t get to pick and choose, I thought work is work no matter what. And now I’m the one who feels like crap because I’m the one who chose this company out of all them to come and do a job I thought we were getting quality work done and we didn’t. Now we’re out of 200 something dollars and honestly? I’m never referring this company to anyone ever again. I’ve always referred KV Electric to anyone. Not anymore. I’ll let everyone know my personal experience and let them know to go with somebody else. I’ve never had this happen in my entire life.
