  Something has changed with this company and not for the good. My Mother has used them for lots of years and when her a/c went out they told her a new one was needed which is fine, but to just say it'll be 5 grand and act like they dont even want the job is ridiculous. She's 84 years old and handicapped and told to get a window unit. This is after paying for the visit to diagnose a 30 year old r-22 system which if your the company she has coming to the house every year to service this wouldn't some things need to be mentioned. I get that this heat is causing work to be scheduled out further, but this wasnt the case she felt as a loyal customer for that long she deserved a little better treatment than that.

  We have had two calls in to Lem-Aire and both times the service and interactions have been amazing. Last year Micheal came out and fixed up a fuse/wire issue for us with same day service. Yesterday our fan motor was out on our A/C. Jim came out yesterday and diagnosed the issue and then today was able to get the new part installed and our home is back to running like normal. I received a prompt response to every contact and every question, and was met with kindness and knowledge in each instance. We will remain Lem-Aire loyal clients as long as we own a home in Heath! Thanks for the great work fella’s! If you need something fixed with your A/C or Furnace Lem-Aire should always be the first call in my opinion! 10/10 Service every time!

  Lost power to my furnace after a power line was pulled off the house by a tree. Called the morning after the line had been fixed and I found the problem. They were booked for 2 weeks but they care out late that same day. Found the problem within 10 minutes. They didn’t have the part on their truck but came back at 8am the next morning and installed it. Best $120 I’ve ever spent. I was expecting $250-$300. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed extra services. I WILL use them again in the future. Very professional!!
