  Derick provided multiple quotes and helpful information for my decision of a replacement furnace and air conditioning unit. Mark and Nick installed the new units on the hottest day of the year and were able to get the job done before the house got too hot. Evans is a great family owned business. I recommend them.

  I cannot recommend Evans Heating & Air Conditioning enough! After my home warranty company completely refused to fix my AC unit, I contacted Evans for help. They came right out, diagnosed the problem immediately, and ordered the necessary parts on Thursday. By Friday, my AC was completely fixed and running perfectly. Their speed, honesty, and professional customer service saved me during a stressful situation. They have earned a customer for life!"

  Sorry to hear our usual service person is no longer with you. The new man did a less thorough inspection and seemed to be on his phone a lot, though those calls could have been service related. When I asked to have the ac compressor hosed out, he did it, but only from the outside.

  It was really hot outside, and our air-conditioning wasn’t working and we didn’t know why. I called and they said they could be here in a few days but within an hour later, they called me and said that someone could be here in about an hour and a half. It turned out that our gardener had clipped the wire to the air conditioner and he was able to fix it. I appreciate the quick turnaround time. The service care person was very cordial and kind and very sweaty when he got done!
