  When I first called to get my water softener redone by Apex Pro, I was amazed at the Customer Service and the Help in the knowledge he gave me. When I looked up an HVAC person I found out Apex Pro did HVAC as well so I called. And it never was a disappointment. One bit. The Customer Service was the same knowledge was completely perfect and he let me know what I need to do for minor maintenance. I will never switch customers again thank you for all you’ve done.

  Blake was soooo helpful! I asked for his card because if I have any other issues, I want him back! Very thorough, not trying to sell me something I don’t need. Kind, respectful and did a fantastic job getting me what I needed! Five star all the way!

  Julian and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) were outstanding. My DHW stop heating and they found the problem, attempted to fix it, then showed me the problem explained why it wasn’t fixable. Gave me several options for a replacement, and replaced my water heater the same day. I’m actually switching from another monthly care plan to there Care Bear plan because of how impressed I was.

  We had a great experience with APEX. Branden in customer service was great to work with from the beginning, and Robert did an excellent job with the installation of our 200 amp double pool 50 amp GFCI for our hot tub. Not only did they give us a fair price but they also worked with us on a discount. Robert will be coming back for a second visit at no charge to make sure everything with the hot tub set up will be working properly when we get it. That level of customer service is hard to find today. I honestly disagree with some of the reviews on Reddit saying their customer care is poor. Our experience was complete opposite. Communication was great every step of the way, they got us scheduled a day earlier than expected and Robert completed the work efficiently and professionally. The quality of work was excellent and the price was more than reasonable. We paid $945 which was an absolute steal for the level of service and workmanship we received. Five stars all the way around. Highly recommend APEX.

  Over the wekend my rental developed a potentially catastrophic water supply line leak, and everything about my first experience using APEX was stellar. The ease of booking an appointment (which was days before two plumber friends could get me on their schedules), the short anticipated ETA window, the system of alerting the customer to APEX's arrival, and especially the on-site performance of the tech Jeremiah and his assistant Donny. These two were incredibly polite, efficient, detailed in assessing and documenting the problem, and even willing to let me handle some preliminary prepwork needed to access the source of the problem. They fixed the issue, recommended further remedial measures, provided quotes for those things, and totally sold me on the CareBear maintenance program. If I could give them ten stars here, I would.
