  Our AC went down on the hottest week of the summer so we called Simpson to get us up and running again. We couldn’t be happier! Kyle came out and was amazing to work with! Great guy, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. If I need anything in the HVAC realm, he’s my guy! 100% recommend, thanks Kyle

  Kyle came out on a same day service call. Very polite and quickly diagnosed my problem and showed and helped with prevention for the future. Even became a problem member of the simpson salute. Thank you for the quality work!

  Our house was over 80 degrees and Scott came out to fix the AC and even in the extreme heat he just worked right through it and got it back up and running. Would recommend Simpson Salute to Anyone.

  Spent several thousands on a new cold climate heat pump and explained that we were going to stop using our oil furnace because the tank is 75 years old and in the ground. They insisted that we must have aux heat and that something needed to be fixed on our oil furnace to finish the new heat pump install. We use wood and space heaters to supplement our heat. The original install guys had to come back twice, had to be prompted to finish the install, and three weeks later another tech came out to finish the job. The poor guy arrived not knowing what he was supposed to do which was Simpsons fault not his. We explained our situation to him and he seemed to be the only one from Simpson who understood what we wanted. He agreed that there was no reason to fix our oil furnace, if we weren't going to be using it. He set up the thermostat in order for the heat pump to work properly without the Aux heat. Thanks Bob! Bottom line is that it took three weeks and three visits to get a heat pump installed when it could have been done in one day. I think there is a big lack of communication between the salesman the installers and the office.
