  I had new furnace and air conditioning installed. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Great communication, mannerable, patient, and very knowledgeable technicians, no high pressure tactics or over selling things you don't need from sales person who came to my home, cleaned up very well behind themselves during and after installation, as well as reasonable pricing. No one wants to learn that they need to replace something as expensive as their furnace, but I must say I went from "Oh my God what am I going to do?"to "OK. This is going to be alright" and that was 100 percent due to the total honesty, patience, and shared wisdom of each employee that was a part of the process. I whole heartedly recommend this company. I am very happy with their product and their very knowledgeable friendly, and patient staff.

  We had a great experience with our technician, Ryan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and was professional from start to finish. We really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service.

  Cordell did an excellent job with furnace and heat pump seasonal maintenance. Our house has 2 systems with 1 on the in-law suite and he was very thorough with both systems on both sides. He did an exceptional job explaining what he was doing and why it needed done. Very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. He was very respectful to our living spaces and ensured everything was cleaned up before he left.

  We just recently hired Simpson Solute to replace our 26 year old furnace and added AC. They were wonderful from start to finish. Everything was done professionally and all questions and concerns were addressed with care immediately! They walked us thru each step and got our approval for placement of the new added items. The installment was finished in one day! Very pleased! Would recommend 100%.

  Scott was so informative of what was going on with my heating system, cleaned and inspected the system. Scott and Cooper were both amazing. A few major issues were found and verified and documented accordingly. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise so much. Will definitely be using Simpson Salute in the future for my heating and cooling needs.
