  They took my 7000.00 deposit ok. But the time line for the job has now been extended by almost 2 more months. They couldn't get the brand of lumber i thought i would get. The office has one excuse after another why the job is delayed. I am getting a refund and going with a company that will keep their word on the quotes they give. Ps. The office guy cussed me out when I called to complain.

  Really enjoyed working with PDF builders. Anything I asked for was answered with "WE CAN DO THAT". They completed the project earlier than expected, quickly, and expertly. Extremely satisfied with the end result. Their knowledge and guidance in the design process was exactly what we needed to get the result we desired.   We had a great experience working with Brandon, Donovan, and the PDF team. They helped guide us through the design process for a new deck that added a covered area while still maintaining our backyard views and natural lighting in our house. The old deck was removed and the new deck was completed in just a week. The deck was built to a very high standard of quality with many poured concrete footings and a very solid support structure. We are thrilled with the result and are looking forward to enjoying it for many seasons to come.

  PDF Builders was contacted to enclose our front porch and stairs with railing. The design is a lovely accent to our home's design. The crew came as scheduled and quickly completed the work. They did an excellent job installing the railing and cleaned up all scraps, cardboard, etc. at the end of the day. You would never know someone had been working there. I highly recommend PDF Builders.

  We recently finished our patio project with PDF and couldn’t be happier. We had received quotes from a couple different companies but ultimately chose to work with PDF because of their excellent communication. Brandon and Donovan were so knowledgeable and helpful with the process of designing and building our patio. The crews were hard-working and respectful, making sure to clean up completely once the work was finished. We are so impressed with how our project turned out and we are grateful to PDF for helping us build our dream outdoor space.
