However, i was given several replacement quotes that were not only very high (almost double after consulting with ChatGPT and other local plumbers) but also not currently needed. I would recommend comparing quotes with other providers before committing.

It just needed the the exhaust pipe cleaned as there was a blockage probably bird nest. They canceled my order and scheduled another individual to come out to repair. Saved me thousands versus what Apollo was trying to charge to replace when not needed! You have a customer for life!!

Especially since they were installing a faucet in the kitchen and the manufacturer left out the critical bolt. I had to go back to the store and get a replacement faucet. They made time to come back later in the day, to make me their last stop so I could have my sink complete for Mother’s Day! Thank you Trey and crew! Happy customer! 😊

The tank was installed in 2 hours at a price of $1300 which was twice the cost of the tank. $650/hour. I realize there was some additional parts required but…… I assume a lot of those dollars goes to Lowes. However, the Five Star folks were great. I’ll use them again without Lowes in the middle.

The installation was quick, and they also țook our old water heater, which we appreciated. Once the installation was complete, Robert and Caleb took the time to show me the new water heater, connections and shut-offs. We were very pleased and would definitely use Five Star Plumbing again!
