  Trey showed up right in the middle of the time we were quoted. He explained very well the new system. How to do minor troubleshooting if needed. It took one hour ten minutes from the time he parked in the driveway to pulling out. Except for the unexpected expense, it was a very positive encounter.

  It was a very smooth process working with Five Star plumbing. The estimate they gave us was on point. Kyle, the technician, did a great job. He was quick, very courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a nice experience and would definitely recommend Five Star plumbing to anyone.

  Called 5 Star Plumbing on a Monday to inquire about a water heater replacement. The lady who answered the phone knew exactly what I needed as soon as I mentioned the issue. By Friday before noon, I had a plumber on-site replacing my water heater. The price we agreed upon over the phone was exactly what I was invoiced—no surprises. The plumber took the time to explain everything in detail and was very professional. Since my mother is not fluent in English, that extra effort was greatly appreciated. If you're in the Dayton or Trotwood area and need plumbing work done, I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing.

  This company did a great job of keeping us informed about when they would arrive. They narrowed it down to a 2 hour window and showed up right in the middle of the time stated. Our service technician, Trey, was very polite and neat. He left the area as clean as he found it. He was very efficient and had the toilet install finished in less than 30 minutes. Excellent communication, excellent workmanship, and prompt, friendly service. 5 stars for Trey and the company! Highly recommended!

  The company communicated well in the beginning. They were to come out between an established time window (which they did). During the evaluation , it was determined that we also needed a chimney flue replaced. The next day two men came out to complete the job. They installed the hot water heater and removed the old one. They left the old drip pan in our attic and left with the hot water heater turned off and left after 4 hours of work stating that another guy would come out that evening to repair the flue and turn on the hot water heater. We never received a follow up call to confirm when the other worker would be coming. Later that evening I called the company and was told that the crew got held up at an HVAC job and wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day. So we had no hot water until the next afternoon and had to take our showers in cold water. Two days later we found that the second team that came out left our old flue laying in our backyard. Very disappointed. I feel that we are owed a partial refund and likely will not use this company in the future.
