We had the worst experience over the course of the last month and a half with the delivery of the toilet. Anything that could go wrong with the store, did. Literally the only positive aspect was the team at Five Star. Everyone went out of their way to resolve the issues with the store. The scheduler and initial installation person were incredibly helpful, they even waited at the store over an hour while the store associates searched for the "missing" toilet. Trey, the technician who actually installed the toilet, was fantastic! He came in, assessed the situation, and installed the toilet (which required yet another trip to the store). No one is ever really excited about needing a plumber, but the Five Star team made the experience so much better-almost pleasant!

He went back to the store with me to exchange and pick up the right one. Never complained about the mistake once. Came back to my house and installed the correct toilet in 30 minutes. Looks and works great! Highly recommend Rob and Five Star!
