  Two young men did the rough in for a new addition on my house in lowellville. They did an excellent job. Very professional and respectful. Outstanding service.

  I have seen some negative reviews which was definitely not the experience that I had. My sister had called Thacker to do a shower enclosure. She had used them a few years before for a plumbing issue and was impressed with their work. I live in Michigan and when I came in to see my sister I saw the job that was done. Very poor workmanship and the job not completed. I pointed out these things to her and she spoke with the person that did the work. He said that he would correct those issues. Long story short, the wrong shower surround was used, drywall work above the shower. In the interim, this employee was let go by Thacker for unnamed issues. My sister called Thacker and they came out and inspected the work. The owner said this work was not reflective of their company's standards. He said that he was correcting several other jobs done by this former employee. They completely removed and replaced the drywall, shower and surround. The work done by them was top notch. I'm sure this cost them a good amount of money to correct this situation, but it was done correctly. It shows the integrity of this company and it's owners. My sister or I would not hesitate to recommend or use Thacker Plumbing in the future.

  Richard and his team are the best! They are friendly and professional. They have helped us both with residential and commercial services and I highly recommend them to everyone!
