  I highly recommend Eco-Seal and Dan! My basement foundation had significant shifting and cracking, and I spent years researching solutions and getting multiple quotes before deciding who to trust. Eco-Seal came up with a comprehensive plan that addressed each area of concern—one wall needed straps, another needed to be dug out and reinforced with braces, and the worst section needed to be completely dug out and replaced. From the beginning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never questioned the quality of their work and always felt like my home was in good hands. They did a high-quality job, and I am extremely happy with the results. If you have foundation issues, I would absolutely recommend Dan and the Eco-Seal team!

  1000% recommend!!! I never had the pleasure of meeting with Caleb, but he worked with our real estate agent and was an absolute lifesaver and both patient and understanding to a degree that could qualify him for sainthood!! We will never consider taking our business anywhere else.
