  Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot say enough great things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. Our furnace failed during one of the coldest stretches of the year, and after hearing they were the best in the area, I gave them a call. They exceeded every expectation. Their team responded the very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even made a trip to Canton to pick up the necessary part so they could complete the repair without delay. Throughout the entire process, our technician, Daleno, kept us informed every step of the way. His communication, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. During the repair, an unrelated A/C component unexpectedly broke. Rather than trying to hide the issue or make excuses, they immediately informed me, explained the situation, and scheduled the repair for the spring when it would be appropriate to address. True to their word, they returned and completed the repair exactly as promised. As someone who has worked in the automotive repair industry for 16 years, I understand what it takes to provide honest, timely, and affordable service while putting customers first. Berlin Heating & Cooling is a masterclass in customer care. Their integrity, communication, workmanship, and follow-through are exactly what every service company should strive for. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping.   We had a great experience with them. Shawn was gracious and came out to check what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote. We had quite a few people our prior with quotes and Berlin heating and cooling seem to be the best quality for the price we needed! I would recommend.

  This place is a joke. By far the WORST contractor involved in building our custom home. Some of the workers were not friendly at all (others, thankfully, were nice and respectful). Terrible communication regarding the layout of our HVAC system and how it would affect the framing of our finished basement. In regards to our new HVAC system working properly, it took complaining to the owner when the house was just completed to come out and fix the (very obvious) issues we had… and now, no surprise, our AC units are wired wrong and not working. Beware and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

  Wow, what a great company! recently we had our Geothermal system go down, another company did not know how to fix the problem. We called out Berlin Heating and Cooling and they sent out 2 guys the same day and got us up and running. They will 100% be doing our maintenance from now on. we also referred them to my Family who needed a new System and they installed a new Rheem Furnace and AC. My Family was very happy with the Professionalism and Sales process and they love their new Heating System it is very quiet and comfortable.
