  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from the Thermo King dealership! I was looking for a part that was extremely difficult to track down, and several other dealers were unable to locate it. The team here took the time to search for it and was able to find and order the part for me. I really appreciate their effort, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to help. It’s great to deal with people who don’t give up when a part is hard to find. Highly recommend this Thermo King dealership for their excellent customer service and dedication to getting the job done!✅

  Excellent Service! New to me rig, brought it in for a checkup and they found several items, fast quote and had me out the door same day. Mechanic and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'll definitely recommend to my buddies and go out of my way next time I'm in need.👍

  Went in here and asked them to change a battery. They charged $710.21 IT TAKES 15-30 MINUTES TO CHARGE A BATTERY. HOW ARE YOU TELLING ME YOU CHARGED ME 500+ USD FOR LABOUR TO CHANGE A BATTERY. When asked about the charges the CSR rep Melissa Keirns said "The BILL is what it is" I will never go to this dealer again and will be complaining to head office IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO CHANGE A BATTERY. HOW ARE YOU TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS? FOR ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
