- TOTom OgburnSep 28, 20265.0I do not write reviews very often, but the service provided by Awnings By Kinser was exceptional. The project was a little outside the norm. We had a 20+ year old awning that was damaged during a window replacement. We didn't know the manufacturer and the company that installed doesn't do that work any longer. Emily from Kinser was honest and quick to respond. She sent a crew out to assess and at a minimum remove the awning as it was in a dangerous position. They then provided estimates for repair and did everything in budget and on time (actually ahead of schedule). We weren't sure how this was going to play out but Kinser was able to reverse a big problem for a fair price. They also did so with a great eye to service and a very friendly approach. If you are buying an awning (or need one repaired) you do not need to look any further.

- SPscott putnamAug 14, 20265.0Excellent to work with. Emily was the best. Always responded to emails and phone calls. Won't use anyone else.
- TMThom MeyerAug 5, 20265.0After hitting a dead end with the original installer of our (2013) retractable awning, they suggested we contact Kinser. From the beginning, Kinser listened to our problem and made suggestions for a possible solution, at no expense to us. Ultimately we did end up replacing a faulty motion sensor which solved our issue. Having the use of our awning again is well worth the cost of the new sensor. During the install, the crew was friendly, efficient, and made suggestions as to how to keep the problem from reoccurring. Thank you Emily and the crew at Kinser!
- MSMarlyn SeehaferMay 10, 20185.0We are extremely pleased with the fabric awning Kinser installed for us over our deck. This is the third awning we have had over the years and the best regarding quality, fit, installation, timely response and reasonable price. The company was easy to work with and trustworthy in every way. Highly recommend.
