Using his knowledge and experience, he solved the problem, explaining to me in language I understood, what I needed to do to avoid future issues. Honest and professional.   I would not go here. Can’t even offer a quote for free when multiple other companies will do so in the area that are licensed and insured. Also, the customer service is poor. Definitely will not be using this company ever.

  Professional, proficient, courteous and customer focused. What more could you want? Handled a challenging water service line replacement with temps in mid-90's and an extreme heat warning in place with class. Carlong Plumbing Solutions should definitely be in your considerations if you are looking for assistance. Every individual I had contact with was just terrific.

  My main sewer line was clogged with roots. Bailey was awesome. He took his time and jetted the problem section from both clean outs to be thorough. Even stayed and used the locator to show me exactly where the broken section of clay tile is located. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again for any other plumbing needs.

  Cory and Bob came out today to repair my drain line. This issue has been a pain for me and my family. They we Quick, Respectful and took the time to walk me through the process. 10/10 would recommend Carlong for future repairs.
