  Bailey did an excellent job evaluating the problem and fixing it! He was experienced and explained exactly what he did to remedy the problem and why it existed. I'm thoroughly happy with this company and highly recommend them! I will definitely call them for any needs that they cover.

  I called Homeserve on Friday and told them the issue i was having with my bathroom drains and Carlong Plumbing Solutions called me right away and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Bailey came out and was prompt and professional! He cleared both drains in no time and even explained to me what he had done. I really appreciated that. From now on, when I call Homeserve for a plumbing issue, I will request Carlong!

  Carlong Plumbing Solutions was very accommodating and managed to fit me in for a next-day appointment despite having a fully booked schedule. Charles and Matt were professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. They called to let me know they were on their way, and although I missed the call, they also sent both a text message and an email with the same information. I really appreciated the extra effort to keep me informed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
