  We ordered 3 "memorial" picnic tables for our neighborhood community group. Salesman Sal Daina was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained the benefits of using the composite material and how they would be constructed. It took less than 3 weeks to complete the tables, that we absolutely love. Ronnie, the delivery driver, was polite and did an exceptional job of placing the tables as close as possible to where we wanted them.

  Update: Manager reached out and we had a good conversation. They apologized and admitted fault. Went above and beyond to make it right. The gentleman that express delivered it was also very apologetic. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review on Google, or Amazon, or anywhere. I purchased 330 LF of oak baseboard on Saturday 4/25. I was told most of it (300 ft) was in Mentor and the rest would transfer from Chardon by 4/27. I was told they would call when it was ready. They never called. I waited until 5/9 to call. They checked and said my order was ready for pickup. I drove out there to pick it up and upon seeing the stack of baseboards in my bin immediately said, “that’s not 330’”. The warehouse worker measured it and it was 170 LF. After going back up front I asked them to let me know when my order was completely ready. It’s now 5/22. I had to call to see if my order was ready. It is. I asked for a delivery of the material since I had already made the trip with false promise that it was ready. They refused. I live in Mentor. No compensation, no apologies. I’m way behind schedule due to poor communication, lack of material management and poor customer service. Now I need to decide if I want to leave work to go get my material or risk having it disappear again. Would rate them 0/5 if I could. I would never - and I genuinely mean never shop here again. I would pay more for better customer service. Feel free to check my review history. It’s always positive. Except for this one. I’m appalled.

  Huge lumber yard. Cabinet and door showroom. Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable in all facets of building materials.
