- GKGraham KutaOct 24, 20251.0Called Mentor Lumbar and asked if they would rip plywood if I bought it. They said yes. I said I would be right up. I go to borrow a pickup truck and get there. I go to order the sheets and the guy is like we can’t do that until next week. I told him I just called. He said they are doing inventory. Mind you there is a sign next to the guy saying they are doing inventory the next day at Mentor 10-25. He said they are starting early. I told him I went and got a pickup after I called. He called someone and said they didn’t answer and it’s out of his hands. He then just walked away. I decided to wait awhile and watched people talking and guys walking around. I then just walked out with no one caring. I own a business and I would be embarrassed if my employees had that level of apathy towards customers. The lack of customer service tells me everything I need to know about Mentor Lumbar. I will never walk in there again and suggest you go to a different supplier.
