  Paul was knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the work done and very good with customer contact. My only negative is the fact that the company generator one changed the rules on the contract that I thought I had in place so now I have to figure out what I’m going to do in the future for maintenance.

  Kyle Pritts, the technician, did a thorough job of replacing the generator’s battery, while explaining some additional operational tips. He updated the unit’s run schedule and made me aware of typical service charges and their breakdown. Very informative.

  Buyer beware .. Ive been waiting on this Randy guy to call me back about an issue. Have not heard from him at all. I called starting in May.. Once they get your money you mean nothing to them.. Also never told you upfront about a fee for mobile monitoring.. Also the issue I’m having started last year!!!

  I recently had a Generac whole house generator installed by Generator 1. I went through Costco services. I originally had two proposals from other companies. Generator 1 (through Costco) was my third proposal. Wayne G. (sales rep) came to my home with a prepared proposal that he customized to my homes needs and explained every detail of the Generac generator along with their services. I was impressed with the level of detail. Wayne made it understandable with no pressure. On July 17 the generator was installed by Bill, Aiden and Mark. They called prior to coming. They did a stellar job and were respectful of my property. The job was done to perfection and I am pleased with their services. Before leaving they went over all of the details of managing my new Generac generator purchased through Costco. The deal through Costco was the best with reward cards and executive member rebates and Generator 1 did an excellent job in working with me on getting my generator installed. Madalyn W. set up the installation and was knowledgeable of the process. It was easy to work with a professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team at Generator 1. I highly recommend going through the Costco program and having Generator 1 do the installation and follow-up. I am extremely pleased with both companies! Thank you.
