- MBMark Biggs6 days ago3.0We had a 22KW whole house generator installed recently, and the installation was great. However, the generator has yet to be started, much less tested. Our sales guy, Mike M. failed to evaluate our gas meter and during installation it was discovered to need to be upgraded. I had to call the gas company, complete an application which will now take two months or so for approval and action, before the gas can be hooked up to the generator. This type of oversight should not happen for a reputable company.
