Tells you what this place is like.It's funny because you walk in there.You get twelve people that ask you what you need.But if you call you get no service....... Not to mention overpriced, everything.Enjoy losing business......
- AAAprilMay 11, 20261.0Have shopped here for years but done after today. Double checked online that they had an item in, it showed regular price $11.99 on sale for $8.99. When I got to the store it was $16.99 on sale for $12.99. I showed the two women at the register and they tried to tell me "it must be an online only sale". No where did it say online only, no where, I triple checked. They were less then helpful borderline rude about it. I don't see how they can not honor the lower price, but I left empty handed. I may not be a fan of home Depot or Lowe's but at least they would have gave me the sale price unlike this place. So disappointed and won't be back
- RBRyan BestApr 18, 20265.0Great Ace hardware store, actually it's really only "good", but what makes it great is a red hair woman called Kit. She's knows a lot about hardware, and (sorry, other workers) is the nicest and friendliness one there. When you go in, make sure you ask for her!
- ANA NonimusApr 14, 20262.0Had an interesting experience tonight at Burgers. A very nice man had a bucket of ready to use mastick for troweling and hanging tile. He was asking for a return because the product was dried out and not working. The cashier called over a gentleman who looked the nice man right in the eyes and said “that’s how it’s supposed to be. I can’t take THAT back.” (alluding that there was something actually wrong with the product) and then before the nice man made any comment at all the salesman challenged him to “talk to the owner if you want, but I can’t take that back.” Very bizarre and rude behavior on the part of the man working tonight. I saw an older man actually walking to help a young lady going above the call but the gentleman that deals with this return was just rude and unpleasant. Not a good look for a long-standing go-to store. Not friendly or neighborly at all.
