  I always believe in preventative maintenance when it comes to the equipment in your house. It was time for my semi annual check up on my AC unit. My technician from Anderson heating and cooling was Brian. I learned more things from him in a short period of time, than I did in the past years. He’s knowledgeable and could not be any more attentive to what I was trying to accomplish. It would be nice to know that one day someone will follow in his footsteps. Thank you, Brian and Anderson heating and cooling for being patient during some hot days.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. We had this company come out to replace our air filter, and they installed the wrong size filter. It fell out of place, caused the system to freeze, and now our air conditioning is not working properly at all. We have visible ice buildup from the system freezing, and the house is sitting at 85° with no cold air coming through the vents. Instead of taking responsibility and sending someone out immediately to correct their mistake, we were told to simply shut the system off and wait in extreme heat. No urgency, no accountability, and no real solution offered. Now we’re left dealing with a broken AC in unsafe indoor temperatures because of a preventable mistake. Very disappointing service and handling of the situation. Would not recommend.

  As part of a MVP program. I took advantage of a free plumbing inspection. Ty came out today. He noticed a pretty bad leak at our water heater. It was the lines coming in and he recommended replacing a whole section. There was rust and a buildup of deposits. We're going to have Anderson replace it for $478. We get 15% off parts in labor up to $250 as part of the MVP program and no service call. Ty did a good job we feel. There's three other improvements we could do. We contacted them to find out what the warranty or guarantee is because it wasn't in there estimates.

  Wish I could give less than 1 star. There are many repair places out there with high star ratings. I would pass this one up. We used Anderson for A/C repair. They put dye in to check for leaks and were supposed to come back after the system had time to cycle the dye. Had issues with scheduling- they cancelled the appointment right after saying they were on their way, due to an old text my husband had sent. They told us two different stories of how much the follow up visit would be- first it was free then all of the sudden it was almost $300- with the excuse that they have a lot of new people working there. Not good customer service. Learn from our mistake and pick another company.

  A couple days ago Enzo Baffa came to perform the yearly maintenance on my AC. From the start, I was impressed by his polite, friendly yet profesional demeanor. As he worked, he explained several things to me, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sound and logical suggestions to improve the function of the unit. In the eleven years since I've owned the unit, several technicians maintained it (including the heating feature of the heat pump), none were as thorough as Enzo! I was shocked when he asked where he can connect his water hose. Not once in the past has the unit been washed on the inside! When I showed him how the unit was leaning towards one side, he said he can fix that and went right to work - another shock, since I was quoted $1,000 by a previous technician to get it leveleled. Enzo is a true professional in every sense. His level of integrity, honesty, focus on detail, thoroughness and customer satisfaction are qualities rare in today's business world. He's an absolute keeper, who will make your company proud with each job he is assigned. He is the only one who will service my unit from now on! Thank you, Enzo!
