I called and they came out within a reasonable time. Shawn was my technician and he was fabulous. The repairs were made the same day and they were willing to answer any questions I asked. I would highly recommend this company and I can't wait to do business with them again.

Gridiron Guys did our whole street (condos) last summer. They were quick, professional and very easy to work with! The clean up was awesome and they even focused on a unique issue our roof had (ice dams) because of the position of the sun in that corner. Our roofs look fantastic! And no damn dam this past winter!

Gridiron Guys from Medina Ohio installed two new Anderson windows, replaced stone on front of house, and finished up some drywall in our kitchen. The stone looks awesome and completely transformed the front of our home. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship really shows. Special thanks to Parker, Levi and Brett for doing such a great job! They were professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making this a positive experience! We met Gridiron Guys at the Home & Garden Show at the IX Center in early Feburary of this year, where they sold us on high-quality work, a 6-8 week timeline, and an accurate quote. Our experience was the opposite for our kitchen remodel. The project took about four months, roughly double what we were promised. Several items were misquoted, which affected our final cost. When mistakes came up, they admitted to them, but the solutions they offered were imperfect or unprofessional, and other issues were never followed up on. We struggled to get real accountability from them. Some of the workers also used profanity in our home while our children were present, and smoked on our property, leaving cigarette butts behind. We’ve also already found defects in the work, and it’s only been a few months since they finished. We were drawn in by the sales pitch, but the work and service didn’t match it. We would not hire them again and can’t recommend them.
