  An disappointed more than anything. Guy out and serviced septic system a few wks ago. Noticed lid didn't seem to be put back on quite right, but didn't do anything about it til I accidentally bumped it with the mower, so I called caus my husband passed away a few weeks ago & I was afraid to mess with it. So instead of stopping by when they were in the area, they set up an appt & charged me a $150. for 5min to screw it back on knowing about my surcumstances and seeing a customer for alot of years.

  3 weeks later and me calling daily to get a price for a new grewase trap and still not a word from the operations Manager Kevin. This place is a joke

  Been asking for over two weeks for an updated quote only to be told the operations manager is checking it over. I’ve asked for a call back the 4 times I’ve called and have received zero from them. Must be too busy not to care about a small business that has used them for years for cleaning.

  Beyond thankful for the quick response on a Sunday night. I kept calling around until I found someone that could come out for an emergency in my eyes. I know who I will use for services going forward. Kind and professional.

  Dynamerican installed a new furnace in my home, in November 2025, the guys that installed it was awesome, they were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional, I was very pleased with the service I received, it was November it was cold going I to winter, my heat worked great, now that it's summer and the temperature is rising it was time for my AC to be used, but when I set my temperature put it on cool and auto nothing happened, my air did not come on, I called the office and told the receptionist what was going on, she said she was sorry and that she will let one of the technicians know, a technicians call me his name is Greg, he was so nice and pleasant, he said he would have to come out and see what's going, he explained to me in dealt about the service call fee if the problem is in my unit, which I appreciated that, he came today 7-14-25 and found out that the air condition wires were not connected in the thermostat, a very easy fix, and he told me how
