  First time homeowner here. Called another company to fix a water pressure issue. Thought they had fixed the issue but 2 weeks later issue came back. Called same company to schedule and they said I would have to pay for another visit to see what the actual issue is. I told them forget it and called Dynamerican off a recommendation from someone I know. Gabby in the office was easy to deal with, tech brandon fixed my issue and been over a month and no issues. Will definitely be using them going forward.

  Called multiple companies and each company said they couldn't get to it or werent equipped for my issue but to call Dynamerican. At first just thought it was someone they were friends with but after multiple companies and each telling me the same thing. That says something different. That says they are respected in the industry. That says to me they can get the job done and they got the job done for me. I will be using these guys going forward and anyone reading this should use them too.

  4 visits, over $5,000.00 in charges for work that WAS NOT NEEDED. Have completely destroyed my electrical wiring, this is how they left my system after 4 visits! This adaptor box is not IP rated for submersion, it is nearly there....Also, the pump doesn't start when it should (brand new pump also - not needed)! I spoke to my neighbor, and she laughed, when I stated who I used, since, we have had a licensed tech come out and compile a report for court purposes.

  Great experience! They installed a new furnace, hot water tank, smoke/CO2 detectors and dryer vent in just one day. Jake, Tim and Sam were great to work with and did a top notch job. Would definitely call them again.

  An disappointed more than anything. Guy out and serviced septic system a few wks ago. Noticed lid didn't seem to be put back on quite right, but didn't do anything about it til I accidentally bumped it with the mower, so I called caus my husband passed away a few weeks ago & I was afraid to mess with it. So instead of stopping by when they were in the area, they set up an appt & charged me a $150. for 5min to screw it back on knowing about my surcumstances and seeing a customer for alot of years.
