We went to Marshalls for carpeting for two of our bedrooms. We chose Marshalls because they had previously been great when we purchased an area rug. Could not be happier with our recent experience. Went back many times to look at carpet samples - Laura Bolyard was very patient and accommodating. She ordered many samples for me as I had a hard time deciding. And I cannot speak highly enough of the installation team. Loved those guys. They were so neat, accommodating (TY for fixing that floor squeak) and sweet. And finally, they will bind off - at no cost - your carpet remnants. This means that we were able to create a couple of extra area rugs from the leftover carpet remnants - a fantastic bonus. All around a great experience.

Great experience from the sales floor to the installation. Arlie was very help and knowledgeable about various carpet elections, narrowed our needs down easily. Very impressed with the installers; Joaquin and his associate (sorry, I forgot his name) were very efficient and professional. So happy with the entire process. Marshall Carpet deserves your business, Ben and Debbie George

We had Marshall’s Flooring install carpeting throughout our upstairs in 2022 and recently contacted them after one of our dogs stained our master bedroom carpet. After professional cleaning didn’t work, Laura was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting us scheduled for a repair. We were even able to use leftover carpet scraps we had stored in the attic, saving us from having to replace the entire bedroom! Great customer service and quality work. I highly, highly recommend Marshall’s Flooring!

From the beginning, I had undivided attention from Matt, Ryan, Spencer and Laura. They are exceptional in their abilities with customer service and make the customer feel like another member of the family. The warehouse expertly coordinated my needs for installation thanks to Nate. Even while he was traveling to the airport for a weekend trip, he coordinated my needs for installation. He takes the customers project to heart and make sure that Marshall flooring fulfills their expectations.I wouldn’t ever think of shopping anywhere else for my flooring needs. I have been a long-standing customer for over 40 years and my parents were customers before me. Whenever asked, I never hesitate to refer someone to Marshall flooring.

Marshall Flooring delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. One of the owners personally came to our home, completed the measurements, and helped us choose the best floor plan for our basement. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and every team member made sure our needs were fully met. Our basement floor turned out beautifully. Highly recommended.
