  We bought carpet for our family room from Marshall Flooring in Mayfield Heights and had a great experience start to finish. The service during our first visit is what sold us. They were patient, easy to work with, and took the time to walk through several options without any pressure. Maybe they weren’t the rock-bottom cheapest, but pricing seemed fair and the customer service alone made it worth it. Installation was excellent too. The installers suggested handling the trim a little differently than I originally planned. Honestly, I thought it seemed a little strange at first, but I trusted their recommendation and went with it. Turns out, that advice made a huge difference later. Not long after the install, we ended up with a water leak into the room and were scrambling to get things figured out. Once the exterior drain issue was fixed, Marshall sent their service tech, Mark, out to help. Great guy. He pulled the carpet up, replaced the padding, helped confirm where the water may have been getting in, and then reinstalled everything beautifully. Because of the way they originally recommended the trim be installed, the repair work and reinstall went much smoother than it otherwise would have. That’s the kind of experience and product knowledge you only get from people who really know what they’re doing. You’d never know there was ever an issue. Prompt, professional, and they stood behind their work. This is exactly why you work with experienced local folks instead of a big box store.

  From start to finish, as we replaced the flooring in our kitchen, my husband and I had a great experience in working with Marshall Flooring. Our sales associate, Arlie, was extremely knowledgeable as he patiently answered all of our many questions while attending to us multiple times as we decided which direction to go in choosing the type of flooring product that would best suit our needs. Arlie and the Marshall staff were friendly, personal and easily accessible when needed. We absolutely love the high quality flooring we chose to complete our kitchen renovation and would highly recommend Marshall Flooring!

  This is my first time buying carpet from Marshall. I worked with Laura B. who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation was scheduled around my availability which was appreciated. The installation was flawless and done professionally. I definitely recommend Marshall Carpet and Flooring and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
