  Noah and Cara were both very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the service provided by them. We’ve owned the home for 9 months and it looked like the ductwork had never been cleaned since it was built in 1957. We are now breathing clean air! Thank you

  Had a furnace installed in december2025 they was very patient with me the numerous times i called them to help me understand the new system i am old school and not to keen on these new furnaces they are very professional and polite clean and very patient and thank you annie for taking all my calls

  Tyler did an excellent job with air conditioner servicing. The air conditioner itself was in good shape this year. However, noted our furnace air filter was quite dirty which surprised us, as we'd just replaced it prior to end January of this year. Explained that he'd noted the furnace wheel was dirty, as were all the ducts. He suggested this as possible cause because the filter had been pulling through all that extra debris from the house ductwork. Also explained the wheel has to work extra hard with it being dirty as well and all this puts extra stress on the motor. Recommended wheel cleaning servicing and whole house duct cleaning as well since, as I'd told him that it had been 20 years since ducts had been professionally cleaned. He presented us with pictures of everything he'd checked out on air conditioner, filter, wheel and ducts prior to any work he'd done and after pics as well (except the duct cleaning as it wasn't performed yet). He cleaned the wheel which was another hour but we received a great discount on it by scheduling ducts cleaning at same time today. Price estimate on duct cleaning was reasonable as well. Ducts will be cleaned next week by specific team members whose jobs entail that service. Hopefully with Tyler's knowledgeable service skills and his very thorough explanations of everything, we'll keep this furnace running for a number of years yet. Thank you, Tyler!

  Trevon came out for our Spring inspection of our A/C unit. He had to replace the flux capacitor (LOL), actually just a capacitor so it would run smoother and not cost more in the long run. He was very professional, kind, on time, honest and overall a great choice as an employee for Shanklin. May I request him for next time?
