After talking to Lucy and AI assistant who can’t answer anything along with the real people. I’ve been on hold for 14 minutes!

After making numerous calls & being told unable to come out immediately we called Quality. They set us up that day. Our house was at 85 degrees by the time they got to us. We decided to get a whole new unit. They treated us great & we were thrilled with everything they did for us.

Very polite technician on the first visit and the install team too. Everything was explained and they cleaned up afterwards.
