  Literally the most professional plumber I've ever had to my place. He explained everything so I could understand it and gave me all of my options. He never made any promises but said he would do everything he could to make my situation right. And he did. If you want a reliable plumber with open communication when booking, then go with Nixco. You won't be disappointed!

  John and John were so nice!! Nobody likes to have plumbing issues, but they made the process smooth and seamless. We were given a heads up when they were on their way and they arrived on time. They were very attentive at keeping everything contained and cleaned up as they went along. They were thoughtful and considerate of our specific situation and recommended fixes based on what would work best for our family. Highly recommend if you need someone to come out and take a look at a plumbing issue.

  Todd and his assisting service team member provided timely, courteous, professional diagnosis and replacement of my malfunctioning water softener. They left the area clean and neat. I highly recommend this team and Stacey who handled my call for help with a calm, welcoming voice. My first time using Nixco but not the last. Thanks for excellent customer service and technical support!

  I stopped in at Nixco Plumbing and met Mike. I showed Mike pictures and told him of my leaking water softener. Mike had Mark dispatched to my residence very quickly. Mark was very professional and found other issues that were the cause of my leaking water softener. Mark made all the repairs in a timely manner and explained everything he did. I’m very satisfied with Nixco Plumbing and the work that was done.

  Mason from Nixco Plumbing did an awesome job today! He was on time, professional and respectful! He completed his job and made sure that everything worked well, looked good and was clean before he left!! Family owned businesses are the best and I will ask for Mason again if we need plumbing services! I also spoke with Stacy on the phone regarding my appointment. She was very kind and professional, too!! Good job, Nixco!
