We called Ken Neyer, but they sent Nix Co plumbers. We called a competitor that had already given us a quote that seemed high to us. Noah, and Dre found our leaking pipes in the walls. The estimate seemed reasonable and better for our wallet. They went to go get all the necessary equipment and came back to get the job done. When they were finished they checked their work, and also had my husband check for leaks as well. No more leaks! We are very satisfied with the work! Great job, we would highly recommend them.

NixCo Plumbing did an outstanding job. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex today. I have some very large, old plumbing items in my basement I need removed and he is going to take care of it, no problem. He went over and beyond and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you.

Surface was great and he had the job done fairly quickly. The only thing that was a little bit satisfying is the steepness of the price. I felt it could’ve been done for a lot less than the $500 I was charged, but because my agent inability to do work like that anymore, I found myself obligated to have to pay it. I did get a military discount, but felt that it should’ve been OK to get more. it was to fix a leaking drain that sits above my garbage disposal.

August and Noah were very understanding of my minor problem. I dropped my tiny silver cross into the bathroom sink. August promptly set to work (after advising me what was involved) and loosened the pipes. Then he turned to me with his hand holding my prized posession, and said, "is this it?" Noah in the meantime was attentively watching and learning, plus recording the process on the IPad. These two gentlemen were courteous and very efficient, and I highly recommend them for their services. I am 89 years of age and don't give compliments unless deserved. Thank you for sending them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE TRI-STATE AREA! I have been a customer of Nixco Plumbing since the 1980s, even during years when the company was formerly known as Ken Neyer Plumbing before the merger. After more than 40 years of firsthand experience, I can honestly say that Nixco Plumbing is THE BEST! Their customer service is exceptional, their technicians are highly trained, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy, and their response time is outstanding. They consistently provide quality workmanship at very competitive prices, and they make every effort to get a technician out quickly when you have a plumbing problem. Over the past 40+ years, my family has relied on Nixco Plumbing for ALL of our plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations at five different homes where we have lived. We have also referred MANY of our adult children, relatives, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Nixco — and every one of those referrals has resulted in excellent service and highly satisfied customers. A company doesn't earn this level of trust and loyalty for more than four decades by accident. Nixco has earned our business and our recommendations over and over again! If you are looking for a plumbing company you can TRUST, look no further. Whether your plumbing job is small or large, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIXCO PLUMBING CO. They truly are exceptional in every way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars without hesitation!
