Nixco plumbing
Shawn C. from Nixco came out and replaced the dual check valve and the PRV at the main water line coming into the house. Shawn also replaced three lavatory faucets for us. He was very conscientious about his work and he did double check everything again after he was done. He went over and beyond answering questions we had. We will definitely ask for Shawn again when calling Nixco for future repairs.
Dre cane to check out my hot water heater which as I suspected needed to be replaced. He came on time, answered all my questions, completed the work and cleaned up his mess! Even the wheels on the dolly he used to carry the hot water heater were covered!😃. He tightened my kitchen faucet, too. Nixco came highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

The person that came out wasn’t too educated or lacked training. We showed the plumber the areas where the problem was and how to access the water pipelines. Fixed one side for over $700. To fix other side of the shutoff valve he gave me estimated for $700 dollars more. I told him to leave everything and collect check and leave. I asked around and got a reference from a customer. The local handyman went to Lowe’s spent his own money for materials. He charged me $180 for everything. He made sure there weren’t any more issues. Based on my experience you make a call. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I had a very small problem, couldn't get a hose to attach on my toilet.. I had no problems other than this connection! Nixco came and attached it. It took 20 seconds, literally. I was charged $175. A few days later my toilet was leaking a LOT! They came back out and reseated the toilet..even though there were zero leaks previous to their 1st visit. Nixco charged me $900. A few days after that there was sewage in my basement drain tub, coming from the 2nd floor toilet they just repeated a few days earlier! They said the flange had been cut and needed to be replaced and that a bolt had broken causing the toilet to wobble. This is incomprehensible since they just repeated my toilet!!!! So I was charged over $1,000 because I needed one connection to be made. It is my thought that they actually break things and cause problems to get return visits. I couldn't be any more angry! Although they said they'd refund $550, I still feel very duped and NIXco has little to no integrity.

We experienced a water backup in the kitchen sink after not being in the home for almost 3 weeks. The kitchen was mostly flooded and the water seeped into the carpet of the dining and living rooms in the open concept condo. A neighbor recommended Nixco. We come down from Michigan, so were glad to get a recommendation. We called them and they sent Shawn out. Shawn was super friendly and professional! He saw the mess and also arranged for a restoration company right away. Shawn and his collegue did a wonderful job explaining what happened, fixing the issue, cleaning up and making sure that everything was left perfectly, including making us feel comfortable with the process!
I would highly recommend Nixco, and especially Shawn!
Thank you, guys!!
