  Zero stars, I unfortunately had to give 1star to post this review, however we do not recommend this company for any reason. August 2025 we had a CAT 1 tornado come through and planted the top of a neighbor's pine tree through our roof, one of their salesmen showed up at our doorstep asking for our business. We reviewed their website, SEEMED like a good fit, positive Google reviews, so we agreed to work with them. Well, almost one year later we are STILL waiting for a THIRD time for them to repair gutter work.. now we're "on the wait list".. We have also struggled to get them to do anything correctly, they have been at our home to repair flooring THREE times, awful paint job, refused to remove trim molding, and the piece that was broken took several attempts to replace/repair. Empty promises and frustration is what we have endured after contracting this company. Then to TOP IT OFF they have the audacity to ATTEMPT to send an invoice for "additional labor" which is no other than their own to correct their own incompetence. Also, customer service is very suspect, we have had to ask when crews would be here to do the project, often after waiting the majority of the day, when they didn't show up as promised, we have to call them, they do not call us with any conflicts, ECT.. The owner promises one thing, offers a promising plan, then when the laborers show up that's not what happens. Beware and good luck if you choose to contact this company as you're going to have to stay on top of everything..

  Inexperienced workers caused over $600 in damages to our property. Gave them to opportunity to fix damages and make it right. Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are “fully insured” but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance.

  We were able to get an estimate and the work done fairly quickly, when we were new clients. However, to get a call back for things that need fixed after the job is complete is not good. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment and then they don't call to let you know they aren't coming.
