  Their technician lied to sell me a system. They told me they don't make r22 refrigerant anymore, and quoted me for a new system instead. Thankfully I decided to wait and figure out finance options, but I found out a couple weeks later that r22 is indeed still available, they just can't install new systems with that. I understand I have an old system and should probably upgrade, but I'm trying to do that with future renovations, I just needed a repair at this time. I will say that since the technician didn't actually service my system, they didn't charge me, and informed me any diagnostics would be rolled into a new system if purchased, which I found to be a fair deal. But after realizing I was mislead, I won't be calling them when it's time for a new system.

  Extremely wonderful and professional company, they gave me the best rate while OTHER companies price gouge. They replaced my central air and hot water tank. They also repalced my furnace 7 years ago so I am and will continue to be a returning customer!
