  Needed some Air conditioning emergency services and Hearn came through for us on short notice. Having used many hvac services before and knowing there are many good ones I wasn’t disappointed when Nello came out with Moose to take care of business. They were professional and thorough in the system review, measurements and analysis, and explained how my system was actually oversized for my home which was contributing to the high indoor humidity and inefficient cooling. Anyway I certainly highly recommend Hearn based on my experience with this team.

  Hearn sent out Nello and Evan to come to service our furnace and central air today. Nello did a great job addressing our concerns. He explained everything in detail and his work ethic is excellent. Both Nello and Evan really know their stuff. They did a fantastic job on everything as usual. Thanks Again

  Service man, Nello, is an awesome young man. Courteous, professional and explains the work he's done with precision and options. I highly recommend Hearn Htg/AC to extend the life of your heating/cooling units.

  Outstanding company!!! from the estimate to installation the team did an amazing job, follow up and ease of communication was right in the wheel house.... disconnected old tankless gas unit and put in new electric unit that serves us better. estimates were fair and upfront, and team showed up on time both times. Very professional and respectful of the house

  We had David out to get an estimate for mini splits in our home. He was very thorough and polite. We set a day for him to come back to go over the estimate with my husband and I. Long story short, our schedules became busier and I requested to get the estimate over the phone or sent through email, as other companies had easily done. I was told that can't happen and my husband would either need to be there or on the phone. My husband's job does not allow for easy planning that way. I again requested an appointment to come back without my husband as I could easily explain things to him and if he had questions, he could contact David. Nope. Could only do it with my husband's presence. It is 2026. As a woman, I am fully capable of understanding an estimate and explaining it to my husband. I opted to not get the estimate and go with another company that was very easy to work with and communication was effortless. David did offer to come on a Sunday, the one day my husband has off. By that time, I was too frustrated to even bother.
