My primary concern with my experience is I wasn’t sure who I was actually doing work with. They advertise as Loveland Heating and Air. Then a truck shows up that says “Five Star Services.” Made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The HVAC and plumbing groups seem to operate independently of one another which caused many communication difficulties for me as the customer. The plumber showed up in a van with yet another name on the side. The technicians were helpful and professional. Would use this company again if I could be sure which company I was using ….

Great people, no problems what so ever. Came in and installed and followed up, very simple.
