  Replacing a roof is incredibly daunting, but Josh made the process as easy as possible! He was able to walk through every step of the process in a way that was on a level we could understand and made me feel much better about such a big commitment. Thanks again Josh!

  Josh Rogers met with me yesterday at my home to address my roofing needs. He confirmed our appointment a day or two before, called 20 minutes prior to the appointment and arrived on time. After a through inspection of my existing roof, both interior attic space as well as the exterior, a complete description of existing issues were discussed with many photos of the problem areas. Next was a clear, unrushed description of materials, procedure of installation, (with videos) options and warranties were discussed. Any questions were fielded when asked. Financing was discussed, options presented and agreed upon. Financing ( if needed) is handled the same day as Josh contacts the lending institutions for you during your consultation. This was a very easy process for the consumer. No pressure. Josh was very knowledgeable. Doesn't rush through any parts of the process and seems to really enjoy his role in helping his customers solve their issues. My appointment was late in the day and the process took about three hours. Josh never rushed and was willing to take the time to earn my business. I have complete confidence that Josh has my back and that the installation will be as good as the sales process was. I highly recommend Josh and will update this review after installation is completed. Thanks to Josh and Klaus Roofing.

  Long review, but if you’re trying to find a good roofing contractor please read! I found major ventilation and efficiency issues with the roof of our home. I spent a solid two months researching contractors and getting quotes. Comparing everything from service, timing, and warranty. Klaus was extremely easy to schedule, a couple weeks out for the quote but it was well worth the wait. I had numerous quote appointments with contractors in and out, texting all the time, getting pictures etc. There were several times I’d meet a reputable contractor, they would do a fast 20 min inspection. Claiming to send a quote in the next 72 hrs and would never send any other correspondence or return my calls. Or if they did, it would be more of a bandaid for the issues and not a solution. My rep Josh with Klaus was DIFFERENT! He spent hours at my house with me. Checking every square inch of attic and exterior. He wrote the quote up in his truck and was back with me in under an hour. He walked through every detail of the job and gave me solutions to every issue I found and was concerned about. Health and safety of my family is my top priority, Josh was the first representative to say he cared, and actually follow through with it. The warranty is outstanding, in all my research this is by far the best I have found. Was this my cheapest quote? No I wont lie and say it was. However, I value quality over saving a few bucks. The roof and proper ventilation/insulation is VITAL, so a 50 year warranty and peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. They finished my roof today. New insulation, new venting, new decking! Ethan was my PM onsite. He was professional, thorough, extremely kind. Also took the time to walk through the job with me several times as it was progressing. Any issues or questions were resolved immediately. I cant say enough good things about this company. My house feels amazing, my AC is already only running half as much as it was. If you're on the fence, definitely choose Klaus.
