- SDShelli DrosselAug 25, 20255.0This is a top-notch company with amazing customer service and high-quality workmanship. From start to finish, my experience with Brian (owner) was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs and held his employees to the same standards. The consultation process was thorough, with every question answered clearly and honestly. Brian guided me through the available options and helped me choose the perfect windows for my home. Installation went smoothly—on time, efficient, and clean. Brian and his team ensured everything inside and out (including my flower beds) was protected, and left no mess behind. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship in every aspect of the installation - smooth caulking, and the wrapping on the exterior is flawless! The new windows look fantastic and I am 110% satisfied with the finished product. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both the product and the customer. Brian and his employees became more like friends in the short time that they worked on our windows! I wholeheartedly recommend The Window Man to anyone considering window replacement. Their exceptional service, top-quality products, and outstanding results have truly exceeded my expectations.
- CBChristopher BruningMar 24, 20255.0Owner was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was straight forward and delivered the product he advertised. The crew was professional and made the whole experience great. All questions were answered and any issues were resolved. We had a lot of windows installed and the pricing and financing allowed us to get the windows we needed. We have been very pleased with them since the install and no issues since.
