- HRHaylee Reestoday1.0Called wanting a ballpark price and was told they don't give estimates over the phone. If I tell you what I need and you can't give tell me the max dollar amount you would charge, then you are not worth my time. Also it shouldn't matter if I live in an apartment or not, I wanted an ESTIMATE not a contract.
