Aaron came out and gave several options and thoughts on what was best to do and didn’t try to upsell or make it a bigger deal than it was.

Met with Justin today and he was very informative and explained the best course of action to fix our problem. I also appreciated his honesty with how to remedy the situation both financially and structurally.

Very disappointed in the work done by the crew that came to my house. I have lived in my home for 10 months. I have an 80 year old home with an unfinished basement that has had moderate water issues during heavy rains. The crew came and spent 2 days doing the job (installing the “system” to keep water out and installing a sump pump), but when they left, they left a mess. All of my belongings were covered with a layer of dust from the jackhammers. Every surface was dirty. There was trash left behind by the crew, and not much effort to clean up the gravel and debris left behind by the job. There was cement mud slopped on the walls of my staircase and several other items that were supposed to be protected by tarps or plastic. Going downstairs for the first time after the job was completed was upsetting; the basement is going to take me a long time to get clean. Every single item I have stored down there is going to need wiped down. No exaggeration. Additionally, we got some heavy rains almost immediately after the job was finished and the discharge pipe from the new sump pump to my backyard was leaking. I called, the crew leader came to fix it, and after he left, it was still leaking. I addressed all the previously mentioned issues with him when he came to fix the pipe, and while he said he was sorry, there was not really much offered beyond an apology. I will not be calling them again to come fix the leak an additional time. I will be handling it myself to make sure it’s done properly. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I cannot recommend this company or crew to anyone else. I wish I had gone with someone else. It has been a huge headache.

Customer Service should be trained more. I called and spoke with a representative about a property that I have under contract. The representative told me that I needed to have the seller present in order for them to complete the free inspection, and for a verbal agreement I could get the inspection completed for $200. I got off the phone the representative contacted my agent who contacted the sellers agent got her to agree for one day that she was available. I called back to forever foundation repair. I get the same representative. She just didn’t acknowledge that she had took the previous call and then once I gave her the address she tells me that I am out of her jurisdiction and refers me to a Sister company. I wish she would’ve asked those questions prior to, because she is the only contractor who has requested the seller be present or to have verbal approval in order for the inspection to be completed. I haven’t ran into this issue with anyone else coming to inspect the property. The company offers a lot that I need done on the Duplex so I really wish that it could’ve worked out.
